This product was pretty nice and comfortable on my lips when I first applied, but it doesn’t dry down completely, and after about an hour began to feel less comfortable. It also looks very different on me than it does in the tube. The price was good, and if I was looking for a pink I would probably chose this, but I wouldn’t buy this particular colour again as I cannot see myself wearing it very much.
Just tried these Bourjois Rouge Edition Matte Lipsticks. The colours I have were bought in a set , with the colours ‘Belle amourose,’ Oraginal,’ ‘Berry Chic,’ ‘Chocolate corset’ and ‘Floribeige’ with the set being on sale for £6. Having now tried them I wish I hadn’t bought them. I have tried on 3 of the shades, and found that they all were pretty patchy upon first application, and that I had to play around with them a bit to work, and as such these are the only lipsticks I own where I feel that I feel I would NEED a lip liner to make them work. They also don’t dry down completely, and feel a bit ‘sticky’ after application, which in my book shouldn’t happen with a matt lipstick. Overall I definately would not recommend, and wish I hadn’t bought them, even on sale. I have only given the 2 stars because I like colours of the three I have tried on, or else it would have been a 1 star.
